BASIC PURPOSE 1)Be responsible for co-ordination between RGMI Fujian office, collection of information and office admin. Work; 2)Be responsible for secretarial job for General Manger, including drafting, translating, filing, scheduling, meeting arrangement, making minutes, travel administration, co-ordination etc; 3)Co-ordinate meetings and follow up on action plans; 4)Complete assignments from GM as per required with good sense of responsibility priority and confidentiality; 5)To communicate and coordinate with both the international & external relation. Assisting department to perform excellent management & communication; 6)Handling phone calls & letters; 7)Deliver oral instructions; 8)Be responsible for transportation management; 9)Prepared document and presentation as per needs. BUSINESS ACUMEN & EXPERTISE 1.Bachelor degree holder; 2.At least 3 years related working experience; 3.Good command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc. 4.Fluent En |
